What
I redesigned three key pages for Masterplan: About, Culture, and Teams - to enhance their visual appeal, structure, and engagement.
The goal was to create a fresh, modern, and minimalist look while maintaining consistency with the company’s existing brand identity and design system. My primary focus was on UI design, but I also contributed to content structuring alongside the UX team.
The project introduced dynamic data visualizations, interactive storytelling, and engaging micro-interactions to make company information more compelling and accessible.

Why
The previous pages were outdated, lacked key information, and no longer reflected the company’s growth and vision. The redesign was driven by an internal need to improve Masterplan’s online presence, ensuring it aligned with its evolving brand and company values. The main objective was to enhance attractiveness and credibility while maintaining clarity and professionalism.
How
The project started with an analysis of the existing pages, competitive research, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement. Working within a cross-functional team: including designers, developers, the UX team, HR ("People" team), and marketing - we iterated on design solutions to create a seamless experience. I used Figma and Miro to refine the UI, leveraging the existing design system for consistency. The final high-fidelity prototype was tested internally to ensure usability and effectiveness before implementation.
Interface & Design Overview

Dynamic Timeline Visualization: A sleek, interactive timeline presents the company’s evolution in an intuitive, visually engaging manner. The structured yet fluid design ensures clarity while maintaining an elegant flow.
Minimalist & Clean Layouts: The design prioritizes readability and visual hierarchy, ensuring content remains accessible and well-structured.

Subtle Micro-Interactions: Smooth animations and motion effects bring the pages to life—images and graphics subtly shift as users scroll, creating a sense of dynamism without overwhelming the experience.
Consistent Branding: The color scheme, typography, and UI components align with Masterplan’s existing design system, reinforcing brand cohesion.

Components
Even within a well-structured design system, certain project needs require the creation of new, reusable components. In this redesign, I developed modular UI elements that ensured consistency while allowing flexibility in color, text content, features and interactions. These components streamlined the design process, making iteration and future updates more efficient.
